The Boxing Orange support team operates from our 24x7x365 Security Operations Centre (SOC). Dedicated security professionals are available at any time, day or night, to deal with customer queries and escalate issues through the technical support team as required.

The preferred method of communicating and dealing with technical support issues is our Secure Customer Portal, a unique and secure online system available to all our customers.
Of course, the Security Operations Centre can also be contacted directly if you cannot access the Secure Portal, or if you need to speak to a support technician urgently.
All issues are logged in our internal ticketing system and allocated a ticket reference number which should be quoted in any further communications. Updates on any issue can be obtained using the Secure Portal, or by contacting the Security Operations Centre directly. Please ensure that you always quote the ticket number when calling.
